  • Rocks glass, ice

  • Chopped strawberries

  • 1/4 oz Simple syrup

  • 1 oz Gin

  • 1/2 oz Crème de Noyaux

  • 1/2 ox Vermouth

  • Fill tonic water 

  • Garnish edible flowers

  • Rocks glass, salt rim, ice

  • 1.5 oz Empress 1908 Gin

  • 1/2 oz Vermouth

  • 2 dash Bitter

  • Half fill pomegranate juice

  • Half fill tonic water

  • Garnish rosemary & cinnamon stick

  • Rocks glass, ice

  • 3/4 oz Grenadine

  • 1 oz Vodka

  • Half fill tonic water

  • 3/4 oz Midori

  • Fill rest with tonic water

  • Float 3/4 oz Galliano

  • Cotton candy on rim

Honeydew Milk Tea

  • Collins glass, ice

  • 1 1/2 oz Midori

  • 1/2 oz Vodka

  • 1/2 oz Gin

  • 1/2 oz Tequila

  • 1/2 oz Light Rum

  • 1/2 oz simple syrup

  • Fill with fresh milk

  • Garnish Honeydew Melon
